Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Free Shipping: Available on orders over £50 via EMS

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination and customs processing. We cannot ship to certain remote areas in Asia and other excluded regions.
International Shipping
We ship worldwide (excluding certain Asian and remote regions). Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply in their country.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your Wear Lusty purchases. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange eligible items within 15 days of receiving your order.
Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for a return or exchange, items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- In the original packaging with all tags attached
- Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on underwear, swimwear, or any intimate apparel unless the items are faulty.
How to Return an Item
- Request Authorization: Email [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order using our Return/Exchange Request Template below.
- Wait for Approval: Our team will review your request and send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions within 2 business days.
- Package Your Item: Securely pack the item(s) in their original packaging with all tags. Include a copy of your order confirmation.
- Ship Your Return: Send the package to our returns address using a trackable service. Keep your shipping receipt until processing is complete.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected (typically within 5 business days of arrival), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Refund Timeline:
- Credit/Debit Card Payments: 5-10 business days after approval
- PayPal Payments: 3-5 business days after approval
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
For exchanges, we will process your new item once the original item is received and inspected. If the requested size/color is unavailable, we will contact you to discuss alternatives or issue a refund.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the issue. We will arrange for a free return and expedite your replacement or refund.
