Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition
- In the original packaging with all tags attached
- Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase
Please note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on underwear, swimwear, or any intimate apparel unless the items are faulty.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps to return or exchange your item:
- Contact our customer service team within 15 days of receiving your order by emailing [email protected] with your return/exchange request. Please use the template below for your request.
- Wait for approval: Our team will review your request and send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions within 2 business days.
- Package your item: Securely pack the item(s) in their original packaging, including all tags. Enclose a copy of your order confirmation or receipt.
- Ship your return: Send the package to our returns address using a trackable shipping service. We recommend keeping your shipping receipt until your return is processed.

Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected (typically within 5 business days of arrival), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Refund Timeline:
- Credit/Debit Card Payments: 5-10 business days after approval
- PayPal Payments: 3-5 business days after approval
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
For exchanges, we will process your new item once the original item is received and inspected. If the requested size/color is unavailable, we will contact you to discuss alternatives or issue a refund.
